The museum is not responsible for children’s supervision during the festival or for any artwork or belongings left during the festival or in the museum after the event. I, the undersigned, do hereby release and hold harmless, Young At Art Museum and its sponsors of any manner of action suits, damages or claims that may arise from any loss or damage to the person, persons or property of the undersigned while in the possession or under the supervision of Young At Art Museum or its sponsors and hereby consent to the endorsement of the festival rules and guidelines. The artwork of individual artists will be eligible to compete for prizes. Young At Art reserves the right to use images of event for marketing materials unless otherwise specified. Festival of the Arts 2026

Artist Booths open 12pm-4pm

• CREATE original, unique, handmade works of art in painting, drawing, ceramic, cartooning, recycled art, photography, or mixed media created at home, school or art class. NOTE: Plants, food, live animals or store purchased items will not be accepted.

• Invite your friends and family to view and purchase your work!

• PROMOTE your festival participation by sharing your artmaking, tagging Young At Art Museum and reposting YAA’s posts

Information for Artist Booths:

• Set up and check in begins at 11am.

• Booths must be fully set up by 11:45am

• Booths are to remain open from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm

• Booths include one table, 2 chairs and table sign with name.

• Adult supervision is required at all times for ages 14 and under.

• Participants are encouraged to bring a cash box with change and a product price sheet.

*Each participant will receive 3 wristbands. One for the participant and 2 for parent/ guardian. Each participant and their guests must wear the wristband during the entire event to receive free admission into the museum. Additional guests will be charged $5 admission for the day to enter the museum. Wristbands cannot be shared.
