MEMBERSHIP POLICIES/FAQs

General Membership Information
Memberships are valid for one year from the date of purchase. A membership purchased today is active immediately. We cannot post-date memberships. Memberships are non-refundable and are non-transferable. A Member’s free admission is not applicable to field trips, birthday parties, or group reservations/events. Membership fees and benefits are subject to change.  


Membership Enrollment
Membership enrollment is accepted online or onsite at the Admissions Desk. Memberships are for the exclusive use of those individuals designated on the membership application. Individuals designated in the membership must be part of the same household.


Can I give a membership as a gift to someone else?

What are my member benefits? 
Museum members get FREE admission to featured exhibitions all year round, invitations to member-only events, special member pricing on birthday parties, classes and camps along with free or reduced admissions to more than 500 museums nationwide as a member of the NARM association.

Proof of membership 
Proof of membership will be provided through your member portal. At least one designated adult must be present for any member visit.  A designated adult must provide proof of identity at the point of admission, along with their membership confirmation. 


How do I log in to my online member portal? 
You may register as a new user by visiting
youngatartmuseum.app.neoncrm.com. For existing members logging in for the first time, please click "having trouble logging in?" and continue the onscreen instructions. 


Can I change the members listed on my membership?
Individuals cannot be swapped in and out of a membership. Memberships are for the exclusive use of those individuals designated upon membership purchase.


Can I add additional members to my membership?
Yes, you may add additional members for $30.00 a person to any membership level. Only primary members are allowed to add additional members. You can also do this online or onsite at the Admissions Desk.


Can a member bring guests?
Yes, we love to showcase our museum to as many people as possible! Guests of members receive a $1 discount off the general admission fee.


Can my babysitter/nanny bring my children, who are members, to the museum?
Children members are admitted free, however, babysitters, nannies, and/or caregivers would be charged a general admission fee. If your babysitter, nanny, and/or caregiver will be bringing your children often, consider adding them to your membership. You may purchase one Nanny/Caregiver card per household. 


Is my membership good at other museums?
Memberships include reciprocity at participating North American Reciprocal Museum institutions. Guidelines and restrictions apply, so we recommend calling the museum you are considering visiting or checking the NARM Association website (www.narmassociation.org) to find out more.


Can my membership be revoked?
Memberships are revocable licenses. The Museum reserves the right to refuse or revoke membership and/or deny admission without refund for non-compliance with applicable rules and terms or for inappropriate conduct.
